ALUMINIUM PROFILES & REFRIGERATED PANELSRefrigerated structure consists of special aluminium profiles and refrigerated panels, which are put together to form a rigid structure. The panel thickness of 100 mm with Polyurethane foam as insulation material and additional strong supports will be provided on all four sides of the structure at bottom side to have better structure stability.

INSULATED SHUTTER DOORThe refrigerated structure has one insulated shutter door on the left side and it is made of aluminium insulated slats, which are connected horizontally to open or close an opening. These doors are operated manually. The doors have a handle lever to operate the door from the outside with an integrated manual gear box fixed on the door shaft. The shutter door has a see-through window and without ventilation-holes. Bottom slat has rubber seal for insulation. The shutter door has open limit switch which will be interfaced to lighting system/alarm to alert the user that door is open when unit is in running condition. Door leafs are powder coated to match the exterior.

INSULATED PANEL SWING DOORThe refrigerated structure has one insulated panel swing door on the right side with an emergency exit, which allow the door to be opened from the inside of structure. These doors are operated manually. The structure of the doors is 100 mm thick polyurethane insulation, which are filled with PU foam and covered with rubber seal for insulation. The insulated panel swing door has open limit switch which will be interfaced to lighting system/alarm to alert the , user that door is open when unit is in running condition.

REFRIGERATED UNIT [THERMO KING SLXi-200-50]A Refrigerated unit, THERMO KING SLXi-200-50 with Smart Reefer 3 (SR-3) controller system, which is single unit, front-mount; medium capacity diesel powered cooling system and mounted onto the structure to attain the required temperature inside the cargo dolly. The temperature range inside would be temperature within the range of -20 to +20°C. It indicates the Temperature of the cool cell from outside. This unit is powered by silent diesel engine. The refrigeration unit has a facility to run on 3 phase 440-volt supply power when the engine is off.

WEB BASED TRACKING SYSTEM ON COOL DOLLY (OPTIONAL USE)Wireless, Web-enabled tracking device only from TK dealer will be provided on cool dolly;The controller has the capability & to be interfaced with remote temperature measurement, temperature setting and geo-location solutions with an option to download temperature recordings.

FUEL TANK (DIESEL)The Fuel tank is made of aluminium and compact type with fuel level indicator which has clearly visible and capacity of fuel tank is 50 US gallons (189 liters).

FIRE ENTINGUISHERTwo (2) fire extinguishers powder type 2 kgs will be provided at external front side of the super structure to fight against any fire hazard.

CABLE REEL FOR EXTERNAL POWER SOURCEOne (1) cable reel 10 meters with 5 pin connector 32 amps for commercial power source.

THE DOLLY

DOLLY STRUCTUREThe outer structure is made out of heavy-duty I-Beam 100 x 100mm mild steel materials. The refrigerated structure will be mounted on top for this frame and cross members are provided for extra stability. This dolly can carry maximum load of 16,000 Kgs.

LOADING BEDThe conveying surface consists of three rows of ø63.5mm heavy duty sealed bearing rollers; running on heavy hexagonal spring-loaded shafts and the surface of the rollers is hot dip galvanized. The whole rolling bed is bolted onto the frame so that the insulated floor panels could be accessed when needed.
